Requirements: Experience providing 2nd line technical support.Good knowledge of desktop hardware and software.Experience supporting end users both remotely and face-to-face.Excellent communication and customer service skills. Responsibilities: Provide 2nd line technical support to customers across Norfolk and Suffolk.Investigate, diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents.Provide remote and on-site technical support where required.Maintain and improve computer hardware and software to support customer productivity.Troubleshoot a range of desktop, laptop and end-user technology issues.Respond to incidents and problems efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer service.Escalate complex technical issues appropriately and work collaboratively with other IT teams. We are recruiting for a 2nd Line Endpoint Engineer to join an NHS Trust on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role is based at Norfolk Community Hospital, Bowthorpe Road, Norwich, NR2 3TU, with coverage across Norfolk and Suffolk.
