Requirements: Experience delivering business change within a technical/system environment.Experience working with a range of stakeholders and organisations at different levels.Experience working within project management disciplines and methodologies.Experience developing system specifications and performance standards. Responsibilities: Undertake process mapping of existing as-is processes and develop future-state process maps.Identify and document business requirements and support the delivery of solutions against those requirements.Identify opportunities for process improvement and re-engineering within the new ERP solution.Develop and deliver business processes and technical specifications in line with policies, legislation and service requirements.Support system design and ERP implementation activity.Write User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and provide technical testing support.Provide system advice, guidance and support to end users, including investigating and resolving system issues.Support change management activity and help prepare staff for new ways of working.Work closely with Subject Matter Experts and change champions, providing specialist advice on ERP functionality and its impact across different service areas.Coordinate meetings and forums and act as a central point for identifying improvements and resolving ongoing user issues.Maintain clear and accurate documentation throughout the implementation programme.
