Responsible for coordination of various Regulatory Compliance, AML, and Security Ops tasks and initiatives. Assist Senior Compliance Analyst and Security Manager with administrative duties.
• Effectively manages daily reporting requirements, record retention, and data entry. • Gathers and compiles KYC data for daily review. • Gathers and compiles information related to Suspicious Activity Incidents. • Assists Senior Compliance Analyst with physical audits, including restricted gaming keys, manual markers, and cash inventories. • Communicates with departments about information requests relating to Compliance and Security and coordinates the receipt of documents or information. • Reviews iTrak for completion, researching any missing or unclear information, and closes reports within the iTrak system. • Maintains a record of issues related to compliance and/or underage gaming as identified through iTrak and personnel-driven reports. • Maintains compliance documents and information in accordance with company record retention policy. • Assists Senior Compliance Analyst with updating patron accounts in CMS for instances of incomplete information, suspensions, or bans and notifying appropriate departments, if applicable. • Assists with general Compliance and Security administrative inquiries from property and corporate departments. • Performs property walkthroughs to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and other regulatory bodies. • Works alongside Security Manager with the planning and implementation of outdoor venue Security needs, including event logistics and coordinating new hires. • Maintain property Lost and Found in accordance with process guidelines. • Coordinates departmental new hire and periodic training processes for Security and assists Senior Compliance Analyst with gathering and maintaining AML training documentation for new hires. • Assists with lock interrogations in a timely manner as part of investigative inquiries. • Assists with procurement requests through Oracle for departmental needs. • Develops an understanding of Compliance and Security workflows, including AML reporting, security dispatch, lost and found, and administrative functions. • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all Team Members contacted in the course of duties. • Deliver superior internal and external service
• High School Degree or equivalent required • Associate’s degree preferred • Minimum 2-4 years related experience in Gaming Industry preferred • Literate and fluent in English. Bilingual preferred. • Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Card. • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. (Excel, Word, etc.) • Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail. • Must have a strong ability to communicate and build professional working relations with all departments. • Must possess ability to think critically and work unsupervised to accomplish tasks. • Effectively adapt to changing environment and possess the ability to meet compliance deadlines. • Must have a strong background in use of Microsoft Office. • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business. • Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same. • Adheres to all regulatory, company, and department policies and procedures ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours). • Visual and auditory range must include immediate environment. • Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment. • Must be able to maneuver throughout all areas of the property including stairs and escalators. • Must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, and kneel. • Must have the ability to work with and around chemicals used for cleaning (hand sanitizer, cleaning supplies, etc.) • Must be able to lift to 30 pounds at times. • Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy environment and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also, non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with their duties, and may be subject to the same environment.
