Dining on a rail car, while traveling through the Alaska wilderness is a once in a lifetime opportunity. Our servers have the chance to share in those memories with our guests while serving Alaska cuisine and locally made drinks. Perform a variety of high-level guest service and sales tasks. Execute a variety of routine food preparation tasks. Regular entry of food and beverage items into the POS (point of sales) system. Process guest payments and prepare reports needed for accounting personnel. Assist in the embark and disembark process of guests, handle luggage and operate internal lift for guests with limited mobility. Answer customer, employee and management queries while upholding our high service standards.
