What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a professional and motivated Unarmed Security Officers to join our team. This position is responsible for partnering with the client and operations team on day-to-day activities. Professional appearance with strong administrative and people skills are required.
2 WEEKS PAID VACATION!! UNUSED VACATION PAID OUT AFTER 6 MONTHS!! $19.00 - $21.00 / Hr
Required Experience: Your Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, visitors and team members. Oversee front desk operations including visitor management and access control. Handle administrative tasks such as verifying/maintaining access logs, monitoring CCTV and emails. Communicate effectively with clients, visitors, and team members on day-day operations. Use strong written skills to complete accurate and detailed daily activity reports. Conduct hourly foot patrols throughout the building . Observe, survey, and report on activities at your assigned post. Respond quickly and appropriately to critical incidents and emergencies.
Required Skills: Minimum of 1 year customer service experience. Excellent skills in customer service, communication and multitasking, while working well under pressure. Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time. High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Authorized to work in the United States. Strong, stable work history. Must pass a drug test and background screening. Reliable transportation required.
