Main duties of the job The Receptionist/Administrator at Operose Health, located in Kirkby Primary Care Centre, Nottingham, will be responsible for responding to patient queries, managing appointment requests, signposting patients to services, and maintaining patient records. The role involves emailing, scanning, providing clinical correspondence, processing prescription requests, and utilizing information systems to support workflow processes. Essential qualifications for this position include reception or customer care experience, excellent communication skills, and basic PC proficiency in Word, Excel, and email. Previous NHS experience is beneficial but not required. Operose Health offers a full-time or part-time position with a salary of £25,838, hours totaling 37.5 weekly. Main Responsibilities: As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:
Responding to patient queries and liaising with the wider primary care team as well as managing appointment requests, signposting patients to our range of services and maintaining patient records and confidentiality. Emailing, scanning and coding clinical correspondence. Processing prescriptions requests. Utilising other information systems to support efficient workflow processes.Ideal Candidate: What we look for in new colleagues:
Reception or customer care experience is essential as well as an excellent communicator both spoken and written. Must have basic PC skills such as Word, Excel and email. Able to work within processes, procedures and maintain confidently and data security. Previous experience of working in the NHS is welcome but not essential. Qualifications Essential
Reception or customer care experience is essential, along with excellent communication skills, both spoken and written. Basic PC skills such as Word, Excel, and email are required. Previous experience working in the NHS is welcomed but not essential.
