Main duties of the job The Bank Practice Nurse at Operose Health will join Englands leading Primary Care Providers Bank division. The role requires contributing to the continuity of care for patients across locations, especially during staff absences and annual leave. Nurses will assist the registered manager to ensure compliance with CQC outcomes and work with the general practice team following practice policies. As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:

You will assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained. As well as working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed. Providing care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.

Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

UK registered nurse with significant post-registration experience, experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations, good knowledge on quality outcomes framework.
