Salary: £125,000 - 150,000 per year
Requirements: Proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects as the Project Manager.Experience leading Salesforce projects from business case and discovery through design, build, testing, deployment and go-live.Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders, business users, technical teams and third-party suppliers.Strong project governance, planning, RAID management, reporting and financial management experience.Experience delivering complex technology projects within large, matrix-managed organisations.Experience working within Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments.Experience with Salesforce Core, MuleSoft, Agentforce or the wider Salesforce ecosystem is desirable.You must be UK-based and have continuously resided in the UK for the last five years.You must be able to work on a hybrid basis across Oxfordshire and Hampshire. We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Implementation Project Manager to join a large-scale digital transformation programme within a complex, enterprise-level organisation. This is a 6-12 month contract offering a rate of £500-£600 per day inside IR35, with a hybrid working arrangement across Oxfordshire and Hampshire. We are delivering modern, integrated digital services and driving business transformation across Salesforce Core, MuleSoft and Agentforce, working in a collaborative environment with business stakeholders, technical teams and third-party suppliers.
