WithYou are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner, to join us as a key member of our Finance and Resources directorate. We're looking to hear from individuals who have the knowledge and expertise to play a pivotal role in safeguarding WithYou's financial health, while enabling high-impact service delivery across the region. You will lead regional financial strategy, acting as a senior advisor to operational and clinical leaders, proactively influencing key decisions and leading regional financial performance.
This role will combine hands-on financial management with strategic business partnering, requiring a blend of technical accuracy, commercial insight and stakeholder influence. You'll ensure accurate financial reporting, support resource planning and help drive financial sustainability across the organisation.
You will be working on a full time basis from home but hybrid working from our Head Office in London is possible if desired. This is a fixed term contract, until September 2027, with a salary of £56,650.
