Main duties of the job The main responsibilities of this role will include:
Accountability for all aspects of the purchase ledger finance process, ensuring a professional, accurate and timely response to the broader finance team, our suppliers and staff Monitoring finance helpdesk tickets Setting up new suppliers, ensuring validation checks have been completed Maintaining our expenses and invoicing systems Collating petty cash returns, ensuring all submissions are received on time and are appropriately completed You'll build strong working relationships with service teams, suppliers and colleagues, helping to deliver smooth transactions and high quality finance support.
