Job summary Our Mind and Body Service is Faversham is seeking an Administrative Assistant, to provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative service. Main duties of the job As a leading charity supporting people with drug, alcohol, and mental health challenges, we operate over 80 services across England and Scotland, providing free and confidential support to more than 100,000 people each year.
Mind and Body is an early intervention programme supporting 13-25 year olds around self-harming and risk taking behaviours, in order to help them achieve positive outcomes. This is a fixed term role, until October 2027, working 22.5 hours per week.
As part of this role, you will:
Ensure timely response to administration requests and needs as appropriate Provide statistical reports on work undertaken as requested by senior managers and contribute to the development of service provision Undertake secretarial and administrative duties in accordance with the running of the services Ensure all service users receive access to relevant information about treatment Support colleagues and volunteers providing advice and guidance as appropriate, ensuring treatment standards are maintained and service users receive the most appropriate treatment
