Main duties of the job This is a unique partnering role that will manage and effectively deliver a variety of People initiatives and engagement strategies across the employee lifecycle, designed to bolster leadership performance via core HR procedures, championing cultural evolution and establishing our position as a preferred employer. You will collaborate with the wider People Directorate, especially the People Business Partners and internal stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration and embedding of changes, new tools and approaches.
Your work will help to create an outstanding employee experience, while supporting leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams. You'll manage projects from concept through to implementation and evaluation, ensuring they deliver meaningful outcomes and align with WithYou's strategic priorities. Projects you will be working on will include:
People management skills development for Managers Induction Appraisal and supervision Succession planning Employee engagement Wellbeing and career pathways People policies and SOP review No two days will be the same. You'll work closely with colleagues across WithYou, building strong relationships and using your HR expertise to influence, challenge and drive positive change. We're really excited about what this role will achieve - you will be joining a supportive, hands on People function, with a true team spirit and a real dedication to delivering life-changing services for the people we support.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in designing and delivering strategic people initiatives that will enhance our employee experience and help us achieve our aim of becoming an Employer of Choice. This role is offered on a full time and permanent basis, working from home and with a salary of between £40,000-43,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
