Salary: £30,000 - 30,000 per year
Requirements: Proven experience in IT support or a related fieldKnowledge of mobile device operating systems, including iOS and AndroidExperience with mobile device management (MDM) platforms is desirableExperience with field service management software and working in a regulated industryProven knowledge of relevant health and safety regulationsA valid UK driving licence Responsibilities: Manage and support the company-issued device and application ecosystem used by field operativesOversee onboarding and offboarding of employees in relation to devices and applicationsEnsure compliance with all relevant policies and proceduresProvide technical support to end users and act as the primary point of contact for device and application inquiriesManage the lifecycle of all company-issued devices, including iPads and tabletsSpend approximately 75% of the role in the field across the West and North, monitoring and troubleshooting device and application performance issuesProactively identify and implement improvements to device and application functionality and user experienceDeliver training to field operatives on the use of company-issued devices and applicationsMaintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all company-issued devicesReconcile device inventory with Welsh Water recordsTrack and report on device damage and associated costs Technologies: AndroidSupportMobileiOSOffice 365 More:
