Salary: £60,000 - 65,000 per year
Requirements: Proven experience managing IT operations within a complex business environment.Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, service delivery and supplier management.Experience leading and developing IT support or operations teams.A solid understanding of cyber security, identity and access management, patching and incident response.Knowledge of data protection and operational compliance requirements.Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues. We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded IT Operations Manager to lead and shape a high-performing IT function within our growing organisation.
