We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales Support Team in a full-time position based at our office in Guildford, Surrey. Key Responsibilities
Responding to telephone and email enquiries with professionalism and careHandling a range of administrative tasks to support the wider sales teamProviding excellent service and building strong relationships with trade clientsPrepare quotations, proposals, order documentation, and customer correspondence.Process and monitor customer orders, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.Assist with reports, documentation, and ad-hoc projects as required.
Skills & Experience
Confident and proactive personality with excellent communication skills.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Eager to learn and develop within a long-term career opportunity.Able to build relationships and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications including Word and ExcelPrevious administration, customer service, retail, hospitality, or office experience would be beneficial.Suitable for ambitious school or college leavers looking to begin a professional career.
