Time Appointments are working with a successful and growing business in Felixstowe who are looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.
You'll be the key point of contact for customers and clients, handling bookings, ensuring information is captured accurately and keeping communication clear and professional from start to finish.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Liaising with customers and clients regarding bookingsEnsuring booking details are captured accurately and within agreed timescalesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with key clientsProviding a professional and responsive customer serviceHandling customer queries and resolving issues where requiredWorking closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are metMaintaining accurate records and ensuring information is kept up to dateSupporting the wider team to ensure the smooth running of customer accounts
Skills & Experience Required:
A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer servicePrevious experience within Shipping & Logistics is preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skillsA high level of accuracy and attention to detailThe ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environmentA motivated, positive and determined approachThe confidence to build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues
