Salary: £30,000 - 45,000 per year
Requirements: Commercial experience in a UX, UI or Digital Design role, or a strong portfolio demonstrating your work.Experience using design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar.Comfortable utilising AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly or similar within your workflow.Experience creating content for social media or digital marketing campaigns.Good understanding of UX principles, user-centred design and accessibility.Strong communication and collaboration skills.A creative mindset with a willingness to learn and develop.Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.Experience with motion graphics or video editing.Knowledge of analytics or user behaviour tools.Interest in emerging AI technologies and digital innovation. Responsibilities: Create user journeys, wireframes and interactive prototypes.Design clean, intuitive and engaging user interfaces.Conduct user research and usability testing.Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to deliver exceptional user experiences.Utilise AI tools to accelerate design, research and content creation.Produce digital assets for websites, marketing campaigns and social media.Help maintain and evolve our design system.Stay up to date with emerging UX trends and AI technologies.
