What You'll Do
As the Store Manager, you are the leader of your business.
• Own all aspects of store operations including production, sales, customer service, and team development
• Develop and execute daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual operating plans to achieve budget and performance goals
• Build, lead, and inspire a high‑performing team including Assistant Store Manager(s), Cashiers, Production Teams, and Donation Attendants
• Interview, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop team members at all levels
• Oversee scheduling and staffing to support store volume, special events, and peak times
• Lead performance management including coaching, corrective action, performance improvement plans, and evaluations
• Monitor inventory and donation levels; partner with the warehouse to meet sales and production targets
• Partner with Human Resources, Safety, Loss Prevention, Finance, Marketing, and other support teams to meet business goals and ensure compliance
• Confirm daily sales reports, cash handling, deposits, and required reporting
• Resolve customer concerns while building long‑term, positive community relationships
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, welcoming, and visually appealing at all times
• Play a key role in driving company culture, change initiatives, and continuous improvement

What You Bring
• 5+ years of retail management experience
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Reliable vehicle and valid NYS driver's license (local travel required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive results
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar systems
• A passion for service, leadership, and continuous improvement
Physical Requirements
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods
• Perform repetitive tasks such as tagging and hanging merchandise
• Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly
Compensation & Incentives
• The salary range for this position is $62,354 to $72,000 and is based on experience and qualifications
• Performance‑based bonus eligibility
