Requirements: Proven experience working as an IT Change Manager or Change & Release Manager within a large enterprise environment.Strong understanding of ITIL Change Management and Release Management principles.Experience managing high volumes of concurrent IT Changes and Releases.Previous experience supporting enterprise transformation, migration, integration or large-scale business change programmes.Ability to engage confidently with technical delivery teams, asking the right questions and challenging incomplete or poor-quality Change Requests.Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, project teams and third-party suppliers.Strong governance, planning and organisational skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Logistics, retail or other large enterprise experience would be advantageous but is not essential. Responsibilities: Manage Change Requests from submission through to approval, ensuring governance standards are consistently met.Review, challenge and improve Change Requests, working closely with technical delivery teams to obtain complete and accurate information.Coordinate Change and Release activities across multiple concurrent projects and workstreams.Support the planning, scheduling and execution of IT Releases.Build strong relationships with project teams, technical stakeholders and third-party suppliers to ensure successful delivery.Attend programme and project meetings to identify upcoming Change and Release activity at an early stage.Support the production and maintenance of Release Plans where required.Ensure Change and Release processes are followed whilst balancing governance with delivery timescales.Provide immediate support to an established Change & Release team during a period of increased demand. We have partnered with a leading enterprise organisation to support a major transformation programme during a period of exceptionally high change activity. This is a 3-month initial contract role, inside IR35, offering a rate of £400–£500 per day. The role is predominantly remote, with approximately one day per month onsite in Leeds. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, work collaboratively across project teams, technical stakeholders and suppliers, and help maintain delivery momentum while following established Change Management processes.
