Salary: £24,500 - 42,000 per year
Requirements: Around 5 years experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12Functional knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Project Costing and Billing, iProcurement and Purchasing, Time and Labour, and Warehouse Management including Mobile Web ApplicationsExperience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud applicationsExperience in a service-led, SLA-driven environmentStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience working with ITIL processes and application lifecycle managementClear and confident communication at all levelsAbility to present complex information in a simple wayStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsA well-organised, proactive and detail-focused approachAbility to work collaboratively within a team environment Responsibilities: Provide 3rd line support in line with ITIL processes and best practiceTranslate business requirements into clear technical specificationsPlan, test and implement system enhancements with minimal disruptionOversee Oracle ERP configuration, data setup and migrationManage incidents and service requests through ITSM toolsDiagnose and resolve application issues, identifying root causesManage third-party suppliers to meet SLAs and quality standardsMaintain technical documentation and keep it up to dateDevelop knowledge bases to support ongoing service deliveryMaintain GDPR-compliant data management at all timesProvide input into the product roadmap and future system enhancements Technologies: CloudERPSupportITILITSMMobileOracleWebOffice 365 More:
