As a QA Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining and strengthening our Quality Management System while supporting daily operational quality activities. You will act as a trusted quality partner across the organization, helping ensure compliance, driving improvements, and promoting a strong quality culture throughout the business.</div> What will you do? As QA Officer, you will be responsible for a broad range of operational quality activities, including:<ul><li>Coordinating and leading operational quality meetings, including topics such as CAPA, product holds, and quality planning.</li><li>Investigating and following up on non-conformities, complaints, and other quality-related events.</li><li>Collaborating closely with internal departments and external manufacturing partners to resolve quality issues.</li><li>Supporting and participating in both internal and external audits.</li><li>Executing product release activities in accordance with established procedures.</li><li>Monitoring bioburden and pyrogen testing activities.</li><li>Managing and archiving quality documentation, including batch records and quality files.</li><li>Serving as the subject matter expert for quality-related processes within the ERP system.</li><li>Writing, reviewing, and maintaining quality procedures, work instructions, and other QMS documentation.</li><li>Acting as a quality ambassador by promoting awareness, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization.</li></ul> What do you bring?
