About the job The Customer Service Agent for TSC Life is responsible for the Order-to-Cash process and ensures accurate and compliant handling of customer orders from placement through invoicing by managing order entry, supply chain check, logistic tracking, problem solving, and communication to guarantee timely and customer satisfaction. This position if for the distributors department. What will you do? <ul><li>Fully responsible for the Order to Cash order entry for our distributors. </li><li>Preparing shipments administratively in the ERP system, enabling Warehousing to pick and prepare goods for physical dispatch</li><li>Identifying potential stock shortages and reporting them to the Planning department</li><li>Invoicing delivered goods to customers</li><li>Updating the annual customer shipping information Excel file</li><li>Managing and improving internal processes related to the customer service function</li><li>Continuously improving own administrative skills and accuracy</li><li>Providing customers with information regarding product availability and order status</li><li>Maintaining close contact with Warehousing, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Finance, Planning, Sales, and Product Management</li></ul><h3> </h3> What do you bring? <ul><li>Education level: MAVO/HAVO (equivalent to lower secondary/vocational education)</li><li>Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
