Mission <strong><strong>The Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth of the business to achieve revenue targets within their assigned geography.</strong></strong> What will you do? <h2>Revenue Generation:</h2><ul><li>Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed revenue targets in each of our product portfolios.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and explore avenues for full cross selling.</li><li>Identify and target potential clients to expand the customer base.</li></ul> <br><h2>Account Management and Territory Planning:</h2><ul><li>Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.</li><li>Travel daily in your territory as required to customer locations to maximize potential of full geography.</li><li>Develop account plans outlining strategies for achieving client objectives and maximizing revenue opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams, such as management, marketing, and clinical specialists, to align strategies and deliver value.</li><li>Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships by effectively communicating our value proposition with key stakeholders across multiple call points in the assigned clinical settings.</li></ul> <br><h2>Forecasting and Reporting:</h2><ul><li>Provide periodic and accurate forecasting.</li><li>Create and maintain customer records within TSC Life’s CRM database.</li></ul> <br><h2>Product Knowledge and Training:</h2><ul><li>Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings.</li><li>Complete regular training sessions to ensure you remain knowledgeable about all products and their value propositions.</li></ul> What do you bring? <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of ICU and/or OR medical device sales experience.</li><li>Experience selling endoscopes or patient warming products is desired.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Demonstrated sales success (awards, promotions, and rapid territory growth) in previous roles.</li><li>Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>High level of business acumen – strategic planning, analytics, presenting, follow up.</li><li>Ability to meet all vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems.</li><li>Must live in assigned territory and manage up to 40% travel.</li></ul> What we offer? <ul><li>Medical, Dental, Vision </li><li>Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays </li><li>401K retirement savings plan</li><li>Referral reward bonuses </li></ul>
