Responsibilities: We gather, analyse, and clarify business requirements with operational and enabling stakeholders.We translate business needs into clear, structured artefacts including process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.We document requirements accurately, clearly, and to agreed standards.We support testing and acceptance activities by validating delivered solutions against approved business requirements.We assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), clarify acceptance criteria, and support issue resolution.We maintain traceability between requirements, delivered solutions, and expected benefits.We support assurance and governance activity by ensuring documentation and evidence are audit-ready.We work closely with operational teams, project managers, product managers, developers, testers, and IT business partners to ensure requirements are fully understood and correctly implemented.We support prioritisation of requirements in line with PMP objectives, constraints, risks, and dependencies.We act as a point of clarification during development and testing cycles, resolving requirement queries.
