Salary: £50,000 - 55,000 per year
Requirements: We are looking for someone with strong Business Analysis experience.Experience gained within the public sector is desirable but not essential.Experience supporting change, transformation, organisational design, process improvement or Lean initiatives would be highly beneficial.We need someone with the ability to engage stakeholders, challenge existing ways of working and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. Responsibilities: We will work closely with operational teams, senior stakeholders and Project Managers to understand business challenges and define requirements.We will support the delivery of two high-profile transformation programmes.We will help shape the future direction of our organisation through meaningful organisational change.We will support a major operational training improvement programme by reviewing how training is delivered.We will identify opportunities to improve processes and help design more effective ways of working.Depending on experience, we may also support a wider organisational design and transformation programme.We will contribute to business change, operating model improvements and organisational redesign.
