Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar role, including team management.
- Strong technical background across Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, networking and infrastructure.
- Experience supporting or managing an ERP system and business-critical applications.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity, IT service management and disaster recovery.
- Experience delivering IT projects and managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team across IT infrastructure, service desk and business systems.
- Oversee and improve IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services and cybersecurity.
- Oversee the ERP system and wider business applications, supporting upgrades and improvements.
- Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex IT issues.
- Deliver IT projects, system improvements and technology initiatives.
- Manage external suppliers, disaster recovery and business continuity.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align IT strategy with business objectives.
