Salary: £55,000 - 60,000 per year
Requirements: Strong experience working within an enterprise IT infrastructure environment.Expert knowledge of Active Directory, Federation Services, Exchange and Microsoft Server technologies.Experience working with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID and wider Microsoft Cloud services.Strong understanding of virtualisation technologies including VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V.Experience managing network infrastructure, including routers, firewalls and TCP/IP.Experience with backup and replication technologies, ideally Veeam.Understanding of security technologies including MFA, antivirus, SIEM platforms and Network Access Control. Responsibilities: Design, implement and maintain enterprise infrastructure solutions across servers, cloud platforms, networks and related technologies.Support the ongoing development of a secure and adaptable infrastructure environment across multiple locations.Manage and maintain Microsoft-based technologies including Active Directory, Federation Services, Exchange and Windows Server environments.Support Azure and Microsoft Cloud services, including Entra ID and associated technologies.Assist with infrastructure lifecycle planning, upgrades and future technology improvements.Support the design, testing and maintenance of Disaster Recovery and business continuity solutions.Manage backup and replication solutions, including Veeam Backup and Replication.Support network infrastructure including routers, firewalls, TCP/IP and connectivity solutions.Work closely with Information Security teams to maintain a security-first approach across infrastructure architecture.Support monitoring, incident resolution and root cause analysis for infrastructure and security-related issues.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all changes are recorded through ITSM processes.
