Salary: £32,000 - 40,000 per year
Requirements: Strong written communication and critical-thinking skills.Interest in generative AI, language models and workflow optimisation.Ability to test outputs systematically and spot inconsistencies.Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar AI tools.Basic knowledge of Python, APIs or data analysis is advantageous. Responsibilities: Write, test and refine prompts for large language model workflows.Evaluate AI responses for relevance, accuracy, tone and consistency.Document prompt templates, testing outcomes and best practices.Support the creation of AI-assisted content, research and operational processes.Work with technical and non-technical teams to understand use cases.Identify opportunities to improve AI output quality and efficiency.
