Salary: £30,000 - 34,000 per year
Requirements: A genuine passion for web design and a strong desire to learn and develop technically.A basic portfolio or examples of your work, including personal projects, university work, or concepts.Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.A foundational understanding of what makes a good user experience (UX) and clean user interface (UI).Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is highly advantageous.Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Responsibilities: Assist the design team in creating wireframes, mockups, and responsive web layouts.Update and maintain existing client websites using content management systems such as WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow.Help prepare and format image assets, graphics, and icons for web use.Learn and apply basic front-end coding in HTML and CSS to bring designs to life.Conduct cross-browser and quality assurance testing to ensure websites look and function perfectly across all devices.Shadow senior team members during client briefings and design reviews.
