Salary: £60,000 - 65,000 per year
Requirements: Strong commercial Product UX experience.Excellent UX research capability.Confidence interpreting behavioural data and CRO.Experience running or supporting experimentation.Strong UI skills and experience working within design systems.A portfolio demonstrating measurable business impact.The confidence to coach, mentor and influence others without needing formal management responsibility. Responsibilities: Lead UX research and product design across web and mobile experiences.Solve complex customer problems using research, behavioural analytics and experimentation.Create scalable user journeys, wireframes and prototypes.Use data, heatmaps, customer feedback and analytics to validate decisions.Help evolve and maintain a growing design system.Carry out peer reviews and mentor other UX Designers.Advise Product Managers and Engineers on UX best practice.Champion accessibility, usability and evidence-based design. We are a product-led business that has recently invested heavily in our Product and Technology function. Our UX team has grown successfully, and we are now hiring a Senior UX Designer to help raise the bar even further. This is a hands-on, non-management role where you will be embedded within a product squad while also mentoring others, influencing design quality, and shaping standards across Product and Engineering. We are currently based in Manchester and work in a hybrid model with three days in the office. We are offering a salary of up to £65,000 plus bonus, private medical cover, and an excellent benefits package. We are also undergoing a major product transformation, including a full rebrand, new mobile applications, and continued investment in experimentation and digital growth.
