We are a PE-backed consumer platform serving millions of users across the UK and rebuilding our internal engineering capability after previously relying on outsourced development teams. We are modernising both our platform and engineering culture by building cross-functional product squads and embedding engineering standards, product thinking, and modern development practices into how we work. This is a permanent full stack developer role based in Manchester with hybrid working, requiring 3 days onsite. The salary is up to £60,000 depending on experience, with bonus, private healthcare, and additional benefits.
