Salary: £80,000 - 110,000 per year
Requirements: Experience within manufacturing, logistics, wholesale, distribution or retail environments.Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 experience.ITIL, Prince2 or similar professional qualifications. Responsibilities: Develop and deliver our IT strategy aligned to business objectives.Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary IT team across infrastructure, service desk, applications, cyber security and project delivery.Manage the day-to-day operation of our IT function, ensuring high availability, resilience and performance.Own relationships with third-party suppliers and managed service providers, driving service excellence and commercial value.Oversee our IT budgets, technology roadmaps and investment planning.Lead infrastructure, cloud and digital transformation projects from conception through to delivery.Ensure robust cyber security, disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities.Implement our IT governance, policies, KPIs and service improvement initiatives.Drive continuous improvement across our IT operations, systems and support services. We are partnering with a growing organisation seeking an experienced Head of IT to lead and develop our technology function. This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for IT operations, infrastructure, cyber security, business systems, service delivery and digital transformation. Reporting directly to our senior leadership team, you will drive our IT strategy while ensuring technology enables business growth, operational excellence and a first-class user experience. The role is based in the Midlands on a hybrid working basis, with a salary of £80,000-£110,000 plus benefits. We are also offering a referral reward of up to £1,000 for successful referrals.
