Salary: £60,000 - 80,000 per year
Requirements: Experience managing releases, testing, or change control within enterprise applicationsExposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments (CE and/or F&SCM)Strong understanding of release governance and testing lifecyclesExperience coordinating stakeholders across technical and business teamsExperience managing defects, risks, dependencies, and release readinessComfortable working within Agile and/or ITIL environmentsStrong organisational and communication skillsDesirable: ERP/CRM transformation programmesDesirable: Test automation exposure Responsibilities: We will manage the end-to-end release lifecycle across our Microsoft Dynamics 365 estate, covering both Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM)We will own and manage our D365 release calendar and deployment schedulesWe will coordinate testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression, and smoke testingWe will manage change control processes, approvals, and release readinessWe will support go/no-go decision making for releases and deploymentsWe will coordinate releases across multiple environments including Dev, Test, UAT, Pre-Prod, and ProductionWe will manage defects, risks, dependencies, and post-release validation activitiesWe will produce and maintain release documentation including test plans, release notes, RAID logs, and cutover plansWe will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth deliveryWe will drive continuous improvement across release and change processes Technologies: CRMERPSupportITILOffice 365 More:
