• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a related field. • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle customer inquiries effectively. • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent time management skills and a results-driven approach to work. • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. • Strong work ethic and a positive, collaborative attitude.
