As a CCE, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries, concerns, and providing timely and accurate information. Your role is crucial in maintaining a positive customer experience and building strong relationships. • Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat messages promptly and professionally. • Listen to and understand customer inquiries, providing clear and concise information. • Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a satisfactory outcome. • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively. • Document and update customer records accurately, ensuring data integrity. • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide efficient solutions. • Provide regular feedback to the management team on customer trends and insights. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during customer interactions. • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, creating a pleasant customer experience.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a related field. • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle customer inquiries effectively. • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. • Customer-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional service. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. • Basic knowledge of BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry is an asset.
