About this role
A) Following and establishing EHS protocols in the workplace. B) Ensuring timely production & dispatch of the materials as planned by the Production head. C) Ensuring smooth operation and process control of the equipment. D) Implementation & active contribution in sustenance of 5S activity inside the plant. E) Daily operational data reporting pertaining to KPI F) Shift wise manpower allocation and machine planning for proper utilization of resources G) Daily coordination with departmental heads of production, maintenance, quality & dispatch team H) Meeting the quality & efficiency parameters of product following SOP/Work Instructions I) Meeting all departmental KPIs and Preparing daily, weekly & monthly reports. J) Stock management of raw materials, chemicals and Finished Goods. K) Providing necessary training to departmental workers as per guidelines
