Essential Job Functions
• Processing payroll for multiple sites, to include input and vacation tracking for hourly employees and reconciliation of payroll; tracking absenteeism system and maintaining points tracking for multiple location; managing weekly crewing for plant(s) • Performing basic HR support functions including but not limited to, employee and retiree insurance and payroll information, FMLA, S&A, and Life Insurance; coordinating accident information to insurance carrier, maintains OSHA logs and manages submittal process • Performing benefits orientation for new hires; maintaining accurate wage increases and benefits for new hires and training on jobs; managing and tracking the job bid posting process; maintaining plant seniority records • Labor Management Team Scribe; collecting, logging, and maintaining grievances at multiple locations; managing the Wellness committee for multiple locations • Performing general office administration - incoming/outgoing mail & plant calls; post plant communication and recognition; support to plant visitors; maintaining current and historical employee records. Scope of Responsibility The Office Manager; Multi-Site is responsible for the administrative and clerical functions in support of plant operations. Decision Making The Office Manager; Multi-Site receives general instruction, analyzes work, and determines action to be taken within standard practice and procedure. Education / Skills / Knowledge
• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Requires computer operation skills including, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Requires strong interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work effectively in a team and individual environment
• Requires analytical skills and the ability to assemble data
• Requires time management and organization skills with accurate and precise attention to detail
• Requires time management skills Work Experience
• The Office Manager; Multi-Site requires two (2) – four (4) years of hands-on administrative support experience in a manufacturing office environment.
