About this role
Grundy Center Community School District is seeking a FTC Robotics Coach for our High School FTC Robotics program. The coach will guide students in designing, building, and programming a competitive robot while fostering teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Responsibilities include organizing and leading team meetings, mentoring students, managing competition preparation, and overseeing team logistics such as registration, scheduling, and communication. We are looking for candidates who are strong communicators who enjoy working with students and are passionate about STEM education. Technical experience is helpful but not required-willingness to learn and facilitate student growth is most important.
