About this role
Support Roma engagement to identify and address their needs and to ensure broader community inclusion, by: building Roma capacity and securing their participation and voice; supporting group formation and peer-led approaches to Roma health issues. Strengthen Roma community and culture Create safe spaces to strengthen Roma participation in decision-making and review processes. Devise and implement initiatives to collectively engage specific Roma groups, for mutual support and to identify and respond to their specific needs and aspirations: children, youth, men, women or any interest groups.
