The HR Training & Development Quality Assurance Administrator provides administrative and coordination support to the HR function, ensuring effective planning, monitoring, recording, and quality assurance of employee learning, development, appraisal, and probationary review processes. The postholder will support CPD delivery, maintain training compliance records, coordinate performance reviews, and help ensure policies and procedures are consistently applied. The Role Coordinate and administer training and development programmesMaintain accurate training records and learning management systemsMonitor mandatory training completion and provide compliance reportsSchedule training sessions, workshops, inductions, and CPD activitiesLiaise with managers, employees, and external providers on training requirements and bookingsSupport evaluation of training effectiveness via feedback and reportingHelp identify development needs through appraisal outcomes and organisational requirementsTrack professional registrations, certifications, and CPD requirementsMaintain quality assurance of staff training, development, and competency recordsAudit personnel files, training records, appraisal and probationary documentationEnsure documentation is complete, accurate, and legislatively compliantProduce reports on training compliance, appraisal completion, probation, and workforce metricsCoordinate the annual appraisal process, including schedules, reminders, and documentationMonitor completion rates and escalate overdue reviewsCoordinate probationary reviews, including timelines, documentation, and outcomesMaintain confidential employee records per data protection requirementsSupport HR projects, workforce development, induction, and onboardingRespond to routine employee and manager queriesSupport policy implementation and process improvement within HR What We're Looking For Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) including English and MathsRelevant qualification in HR, Business Administration, L&D, or equivalent experiencePrevious administrative experience in HR, L&D, Training Administration, or similarExperience maintaining accurate records and databasesExperience coordinating meetings, training events, or review processesExperience producing reports and management informationUnderstanding of HR processes including training, performance management, and probationStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and OutlookStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAble to handle confidential information with discretionData analysis and reporting skills Desirable: CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)Experience using HRIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS)Knowledge of quality assurance and compliance monitoringExperience supporting CPD programmes and workforce development Benefits Fee concessions for your childrenWorkplace pension schemeAccess to gym, sports hall and swimming poolFree meals provided when on dutyFree onsite parking Safeguarding & Child Protection Applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening, including reference checks, online searches, prohibition checks and a DBS criminal record check (including Barred List check).
