About this role
To work with young people between the ages of 10 to 24 in a community setting, to be based between ETB building Killenaule and Community House Fethard. Supervision of young people from 10 years upwards in various project groups, helping to facilitate a range of activities and programmes in areas such as Health Promotion, Sexual Health, Education, Sports, Hobbies / Interests, Music and Local / Regional / National Events. There will be some administration work, facilitation of programmes, coaching of young people and opportunities for personal development. It is especially suited to those who would like to pursue a career working with young people and teenagers in a community based setting. Must be flexible with regards to hours as weekend and evening work involved. Previous experience is not essential for this role as on the job and accredited training will be provided..
