Our goal: to push the boundaries of sensor technology and empower innovators to make the world smarter, healthier and happier.</p> <p style="text-align:justify"><br><span style="color:#fd5000">Your new responsibilities</span></p><p> </p> <ul> <li>Warmly welcome, assist, and direct visitors in a professional manner</li> <li>Operate the main switchboard and forward incoming calls efficiently</li> <li>Issue and manage service and day passes</li> <li>Perform identification and access control procedures</li> <li>Handle general administrative tasks, including meeting room and company vehicle coordination, as well as mail distribution</li> <li>Monitor and operate fire detection and gas alarm systems, ensuring timely escalation of alerts</li> <li>Oversee and manage security systems (e.g. building management and external surveillance systems) and forward alarms as required</li> <li>Support incident response teams in the event of alarms or unexpected situations (e.g. gas, fire, or sprinkler alarms)</li> </ul><p><br><span style="color:#fd5000">Who we are looking for</span></p> <p><br><ul> <li>Completed secondary education (e.g. commercial school, HAK, high school, or equivalent)</li> <li>Initial experience in an office or reception environment is an advantage</li> <li>Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken</li> <li>Basic knowledge of French or Italian is a plus</li> </ul> <p> </p> <div>This is a temporary position with a fixed term ending on 01 August 2028.</div> <div> </div> <p>We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification.<br>The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group E (<a href="https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/).We">https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/)</a></p> <p>We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.</p></p> <p><br>Please contact <strong>Julia Zajac</strong> for further information via <strong><a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a></strong> or <strong>+48 (61) 8809988</strong>.</p>
