Job summary As an Activities Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll deliver imaginative, fun and varied activities to ensure our residents can enjoy an environment that is motivational and fulfilling. Main duties of the job The Activities Assistant role involves helping to deliver an entertainment and activities programme that covers a wide range of pastimes, social activities, outings and events. You'll also need to have a real interest in the people you support, being enthusiastic and empathetic.
