Job summary This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working as a Bank Receptionist at a Barchester care home. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing a warm welcome and creating a positive and friendly environment. We might also need you to carry out some administrative tasks, like typing, photocopying and filing.

Cover will mainly be required for weekends, with occasional work available during the week.

ABOUT YOUYou'll need to be professional, caring, courteous and well organised to join us as a Receptionist. You'll take a real interest in our residents and go out of your way to make every visitor feel at home. No formal qualifications are required but you will need a good telephone manner and strong communication skills.

No formal qualifications are required, but you will need a good telephone manner and strong communication skills.
