What Makes This Role Great:   Build AI and automation that support real business operations. Contribute to meaningful solutions that improve scale, quality, speed, and decision-making. Develop high-demand skills in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, agentic workflows, automation, and responsible AI adoption. Key Responsibilities: Help build, test, and support AI agents, automation workflows, and AI-powered tools used across the business. Translate business needs and department workflows into practical AI-enabled solutions. Assist with AI use cases such as support, analytics, forecasting, compliance, reporting, internal knowledge search, and chatbot or assistant-style tools. Integrate approved AI tools with systems, data sources, workflows, and documentation repositories where appropriate. Create training materials, process documentation, user guides, adoption resources, and knowledge-sharing content. Collaborate with teams across departments to deliver high-impact use cases and support enterprise AI rollout. Contribute to reusable AI frameworks, prompt patterns, workflow templates, and automation practices that can be extended across Rodan. Participate in structured onboarding and learning with tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio. Use Databricks where appropriate to support data analysis, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled business use cases. Required Skills and Qualifications: Currently  enrolled in a registered Co-op program and working towards  a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related program. Experience or strong interest in AI agents, automation, Microsoft Copilot, and Microsoft Copilot Studio. Strong understanding of AI concepts with interest in real-world applications. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and support multiple departments. Organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Awareness of AI governance and responsible AI best practices. Experience or interest in using Databricks for data analysis, reporting, automation, or AI-enabled workflows is an asset.
