Glasshouse is a growing neighbourhood restaurant in the heart of Kitsilano focused on seasonal ingredients, elevated comfort food, and genuine hospitality. We are looking for an experienced Line Cook who takes pride in their craft, works with urgency, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
*What We're Looking For:*
* Minimum 2 years of line cooking experience * Strong work ethic and positive attitude * Ability to work clean, organized, and efficiently under pressure * Passion for quality food and attention to detail * Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented * Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
*What You'll Do:*
* Prepare and execute menu items to Glasshouse standards * Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station * Follow food safety and sanitation procedures * Assist with prep and daily kitchen operations * Work closely with the chef team to deliver a great guest experience
