Glasshouse is looking for a motivated Line Cook who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our culinary program. This is a great opportunity to be part of a creative kitchen team and help shape new menu items and tasting menus.
What You?ll Do
* Prepare and cook dishes to our standards during service * Assist with prep, mise en place, and station setup * Collaborate with chefs on new menu development and tasting menu concepts * Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation * Follow recipes, plating guides, and kitchen procedures * Support a positive, learning-focused team environment
What We?re Looking For
* Previous line cook or kitchen experience is an asset, but not required * Strong desire to learn and grow as a cook * Willingness to take direction, ask questions, and improve * Reliable, punctual, and professional * Team player with a positive attitude * Food Safe certification is preferred

Pay: $18.25-$24.00 per hour
