Your mission <strong>Key Tasks</strong><br><ul style="margin-top:0cm;"><li><strong>Technical Documentation Creatio</strong><strong>n:</strong> Develop and maintain high-quality technical documents, including user manuals, maintenance guides, operational procedures, system specifications for unmanned helicopter systems and supplement the documents with CAD generated detail views.</li><li><strong>Document Review and Editing:</strong> Conduct thorough reviews and edits of technical documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.</li><li><strong>Collaboration with Teams:</strong> Work closely with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to gather necessary information and ensure documentation aligns with system capabilities and requirements.</li><li><strong>Documentation Management:</strong> Organize and maintain a structured repository of technical documents, ensuring proper version control and accessibility for stakeholders.</li><li><strong>Compliance Assurance:</strong> Ensure all technical documentation meets relevant regulatory and industry standards, including aviation regulations.</li><li><strong>Training and Support Materials:</strong> Create training materials and assist in developing training programs for internal teams and end-users, focusing on operational and maintenance procedures.</li><li><strong>Continuous Improvement:</strong> Stay updated on best practices in technical writing and documentation management, recommending improvements to enhance processes and efficiency. </li></ul><strong>Competencies & Duties</strong><br><ul style="margin-top:0cm;"><li>Working independently and responsibly. Perform tasks as described above.</li><li>Compliance according to ANAVIA’ employment contract, compliance with company’ safety instructions and employee’ safety requirements, compliance with employers’ quality manual, work instructions and corresponding process specifications and instructions.</li><li>International travel required of up to 25% of employee’ working hours.</li></ul> Your profile <strong>Qualifications</strong><br><ul style="margin-top:0cm;"><li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, or a related field; certifications in technical writing or documentation management are a plus.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> Proven experience in technical writing or documentation engineering, preferably within the aerospace, or UAV industry. Manned Aviation Industry experience is preferred.</li><li><strong>Skills:</strong> Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.</li><li><strong>Communication: </strong>Very good communication skills. High social skills and good analytical and excellent technical understanding.</li><li><strong>Language:</strong> Good language skills in English (oral and written). German desirable.</li><li><strong>Passport: </strong>Swiss / EU Nationals only.</li><li><strong>Location:</strong> On-site in Näfels | Bilten, Switzerland.</li><li><strong>Eligibility:</strong> Swiss or EU citizens only.</li></ul>
