responsibilities:</span></strong><br><br><strong>S</strong><strong>afety Engineering</strong><ul><li><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;">Develop and maintain system and aircraft-level safety assessments in accordance with ARP4761 and ARP4754A (e.g., FHA, PSSA, SSA, CMA).</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;">Perform Functional Hazard Assessments (FHA) and System Safety Assessments (SSA) to support certification and design reviews.</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;">Support fault tree analysis (FTA), failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA/FMECA), and common cause analyses (CCA).</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;">Contribute to the development and review of Certification Plans, Safety Plans, and System Safety Program Plans (SSPP).</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;">Interface with airworthiness authorities (e.g. EASA, FAA, military) for certification-related safety work.</p></li></ul><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;"> </p><strong>Reliability Engineering</strong><ul><li><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;">Perform quantitative reliability predictions using tools such as Reliasoft, Windchill, or MIL-HDBK-217.</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;">Develop system and LRU reliability models and conduct Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action Systems (FRACAS) processes.</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;">Monitor and report Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time Between Removals (MTBR), and other KPIs.</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;">Analyze field data and in-service feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.</p></li></ul><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;"> </p><strong>Maintainability & Supportability</strong><ul><li><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;">Conduct maintainability analysis, including Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), fault isolation, access analysis, and Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) architecture assessments.</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;">Support the development of Maintenance Task Analyses (MTA) and Maintenance Manuals (e.g. AMM, CMM).</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;">Contribute to the Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), and Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) deliverables.</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;">Work closely with production, customer support, and aftermarket teams to improve maintainability and reduce lifecycle costs.</p></li></ul> Your profile <ul><li><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;">Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;">At least 3-5' years of experience in safety, reliability, or maintainability engineering within the aviation or aerospace sector.</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;">Strong knowledge of applicable standards: ARP4761, ARP4754A, CS-29/-27 (or FAR equivalents), MIL-STD-882, MIL-HDBK-217.</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;">Experience with analytical tools (e.g., Relex, Isograph, RAM Com-mander, FMEA software, MATLAB).</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;">Familiarity with DO-178C / DO-254 / DO-160.</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;">Good understanding of aircraft systems, such as electrical, avionics, structures, or propulsion.</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;">Proficiency in English.
