Your mission <table><tbody><tr><td style="width:100%;"><table><tbody><tr><td style="width:100%;"><ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Simulate and evaluate mission scenarios using flight mechanics and performance models. </li><li>Assess aircraft performance, efficiency, and operational limits across the flight envelope </li><li>Analyze flight test and simulation data to evaluate aircraft behavior, energy consumption, and mission KPIs </li><li>Support the development of mission planning tools and flight envelope visualization </li><li>Interpret results from flight dynamics models (e.g., FlightLab, MATLAB) to extract actionable insights </li><li>Track and manage aircraft mass properties using a structured weight breakdown, including weight maturity (Estimated / Calculated / Actual) and center of gravity calculations.</li><li>Identify and provide relevant performance and dynamics data to support FCS and autopilot functions, including:</li></ul>Performance limits and operational boundaries <br>Mass properties and aircraft configurations <br>Aerodynamic and stability-related characteristics <br>Ensure consistency between flight physics models, mission analysis, and control system needs <br>Support simulation-in-the-loop (SIL) and integrated validation activities <br>Contribute to trajectory optimization and contingency scenario definition<br>Document assumptions, analyses, and recommendations for system and mission improvements<br> </td></tr></tbody></table> <br> </td></tr></tbody></table> Your profile <table><tbody><tr><td style="width:100%;"><table><tbody><tr><td style="width:100%;"><table><tbody><tr><td style="width:100%;"><ul><li>MSc in Aerospace Engineering or a related field.</li><li>Strong understanding of flight mechanics and aircraft performance.</li><li>Experience with flight simulation and analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, FlightLab, XPlane or similar).</li><li>Solid skills in data analysis and scripting (e.g., MATLAB, Python).</li><li>Ability to interpret and work with simulation models and engineering data.</li><li>Understanding of flight control system principles and data needs. </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li style="border:0px solid rgb(229,231,235);font-family:inherit;list-style-type:disc;margin-bottom:4px;"><strong style="border:0px solid rgb(229,231,235);font-family:inherit;font-weight:600;">Language: </strong>Good language skills in English (oral and written).
